My private hourly rate for both psychotherapy and consultation is $160 (USD)
If you are utilizing insurance for psychotherapy, I accept the following plans:
Washington state (Aetna, Cigna, Kaiser Permanente PPO, Premera, & Regence) .
Massachusetts (Blue Cross Blue Shield.)
Vermont (Quest Behavioral Health, Carelon Behavioral Health, & Aetna).
If I am not in network with your insurance plan, I can provide a statement for you to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.
Please note that 48 hours notice is required for appointment cancellation.
