I’m a licensed psychotherapist in Vermont and Washington with over 16 years of experience helping adults navigate anxiety, self-esteem issues, trauma, family conflict, and the complex, often invisible wounds left by narcissistic or sociopathic abuse, bullying, and systems of control.
I work exclusively online, offering secure and confidential virtual sessions for clients in both states. My goal is to make therapy accessible, flexible, and effective.
